According to the latest update, NCOC has lift Sindh’s lockdown from 9th August. But the schools and colleges will remain close for 10 more days in order to monitor the positivity ratio in the province. The newly appointed educational minister Syed Sardar Ahmed Ali Shah addresses the press conference in Karachi. The closure of school in Sindh are extended till 19th August.
The Sindh government has earlier shut down the educational institution on 24th July due to rise of COVID19 cases in the province. Syed Sardar Ali Shah strictly directed the teachers to get themselves vaccinated so that the positivity rate would be lesser.
Although the exams taking place will be continued as per the schedule.
